Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

– Rental of a 9 sqm (3x3) pre-fitted lacquered booth in the exhibition area, as per the attached floor plan, including: electricity, one table, two chairs, two wall shelves, 1 LED spotlight (2 for corner booths open on two sides), one 220V 3-way power strip, one stool and a coat rack, one 100x50x100H reception desk customized with the company logo as per the attached layout.

– Complimentary participation for one Representative in the scientific sessions, 3 lunches, Beach Party, and Gala Dinner (only one complimentary pass per booked booth).

– Discounted registration fees for all staff members for the Scientific Sessions.

– Systematic distribution of Newsletters to all AFI Members and Symposium attendees, where sponsors can include articles on the most interesting innovations to be presented during the event.
