Pre-assembled Booth, 9 square meters

A 3×3-square-meter lacquered booth with electrical power, a table, 2 chairs, an LED spotlight (2 for corner booths), a 220V power strip, a stool, a coat rack, and a custom reception desk featuring the company logo.

The floor plan is subject to change for technical reasons. Companies that reserve a booth will receive more detailed information regarding their participation at a later date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Withdrawal from participation, which must be submitted in writing via fax or email to NEW AURAMEETING, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the fee if received by April 2, 2027; 100% after that date.

DAMAGES – INSURANCE
The exhibitor is liable for any injury to persons or damage to property caused by the products on display, advertising displays, any machinery in operation, as well as by its employees. The exhibitor is required to obtain insurance coverage against the aforementioned risks either through its own insurance policy or through a company authorized by the Palacongressi. Further details on this matter, along with the Palacongressi’s general regulations, will be sent at a later date, after confirmation of participation in the event has been received.
